​Fox + Fern is my way of honoring the imperfect - the organic, the real - in both art and life. Inspired by nature’s quiet simplicity and the warmth of lived-in spaces, I create work that’s less about perfection and more about presence, feeling, and authenticity.
 

I’m Brittany Maki, a self-taught and evolving artist based in Austin, Texas. While I occasionally add pieces to my Etsy shop, my favorite way to share my work is in person. In 2025, I plan to show at local markets and galleries to connect more deeply with the community.
